In Latvia, inland and coastal waterfront communities have enormous, yet undiscovered potential. Because of the added value of the “blue economy” and its cultural and historical importance communities on the waterfront need powerful development. We represent citizen-driven strategic planning based on reliable data, but the involvement of civil society is its engine and key.
Waterfront residents all have similar civil defence and safety challenges, their need for landscaping, hobbies, and the turn of the seasons determined by the nearby waters.
